In my first job out of college, I was tasked with designing and fabricating multiple fixtures for troubleshooting & testing printed circuit boards. I was certified in Level 2 operations with Stratasys 3D printers; their capabilities for small-scale production were a great fit for our needs. Designs were optimized for use with ABS-ESD7 filament for safety around sensitive electronics.

V1 was sturdy but not ergonomically friendly for technicians...
...so V2 was born, allowing technicians to place boards at any desired angle

To properly calibrate a new light fixture for optical testing, I designed a 3D printed jig that bolted onto the test plate, and allowed for x-axis and y-axis adjustments of mounted equipment via threaded rods and knobs.
